Founded in 2022 in Kisumu, Buildex Interiors Company began with 2 staff and 1 product line to address interior supply gaps in underserved areas. Today, it has grown into a regional leader with 41 permanent staff, 13 temporary workers, over 915 retailers, and a trained network of 250+ fundis. The business was inspired by lived experiences and is now expanding through an agent model, light manufacturing, and sustainability efforts like the 1 Million Trees Initiative
