Introduction
This Consent and Terms of Use (“SOCIAL MEDIA CONSENT & TERMS OF USE”) is made between Buildex Interiors Co. Ltd, located at Kisumu and the undersigned individual.
By signing this Agreement, the Participant grants permission for the use of their personal media on social media platforms as well as public use, under the terms described below.

The Participant voluntarily grants the Company permission to record, use, and publish their:
- Photographs and images
- Video recordings
- Audio recordings and voice
- Name and/or username (if applicable)
Exclusively for social media purposes and public use, including but not limited to posting, sharing, reposting, promoting, and boosting content on:
- X (Twitter)
- TikTok
- YouTube

2. Purpose of Use
The materials may be used solely for:
- Company marketing and promotion
- Brand awareness
- Public awareness campaigns
- Informational and educational social media content

3. Duration and Reach
This consent is valid for an indefinite period.
Content may be viewed globally due to the public nature of social media platforms.

4. Compensation
No payment or compensation is expected or provided.

5. Ownership and Editing
- All social media content created remains the property of the Company.
- The Participant understands that content may be edited (e.g., cropped, captioned, formatted) for social media, provided it is not misleading or harmful.

6. Withdrawal of Consent
The Participant may withdraw consent by written notice to [info@buildexinteriors.co.ke].
Upon receipt, the Company will stop future use where reasonably possible.
Previously published posts may remain online if removal is not technically or legally feasible.

7. Respectful Use
The Company agrees that the content will not be used in a manner that is:
- Offensive
- Defamatory
- Misleading
- Harmful to the Participant’s reputation or dignity
